Notes:

The Loan Analyzer is now implemented on the .Net Framework 3.0 platform.
This platform is pre-installed on Windows Vista computers.

According to Microsoft, "installation of the .NET Framework 3.0 requires Windows XP Service Pack 2, or Windows Server 2003 SP1, or later."

As such, starting with Release 3.1, the Loan Anlyzer no longer supports Windows 98, Windows 2000. Service Pack 2 is required for Windows XP.

For existent customers, please uninstall the previous version of the Loan Analyzer by going to Start > Programs > Control Panel > Add or Remove Software and then remove the pre-existent Loan Analyzer.

Your license and options will be preserved.
